This is a great shortlist with almost all the greatest talents in the game. Just import it as a shortlist in your savegame, and be sure to buy these youngsters before anyone else does.

You just open up your FM10 game.. Go to any of your existing player shortlists.. In the upper right corner you have a menu named shortlists.. There you just click on import shortlist and choose this one that you have downloaded..
